Return policy:
We stand behind the quality of all our handcrafted and fine jewelry products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at diamondsbyazi@gmail.com and we will provide you with further information.
Pre-condition for Returns: The buyer needs to have the original receipt of the purchase.
Product Condition: The product should be in the same condition as it was received. All returned items will be reviewed for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, or resizing that occurred after the product was shipped to the customer. If the item has been altered in any way, it will not be accepted for return, and it will be shipped back to the buyer
Time: Within 14 days after receiving the product.
Method of Refund: Refunds would be done on the same Credit Card or Debit Card using which the buyer had purchased the product.
Refund contact info: The buyer has to contact me at 424-280-6968 and also send an email at diamondsbyazi@gmail.com for specific instructions for returns.
Return Charges: The buyer needs to pay return shipping charges and any other charges that might be incurred.
Care to be taken during shipping: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft, and the package should be fully insured.
